CHEAT.

How I am familiar with this word. It has defined my assignments all through out high school. You can't blame me. Sometimes it gets so boring and stressful that you won't feel like doing you homeworks.

The moment I enter a room, "may assignment ka sa ganito? Pakopya naman!" And its just not me, you'll hear this statement everytime a student enters the room. It never bothered me that I get high scores from these assignments. After all, they only constitute 10 or 20 percent of grade.

THE ONE THING THAT I CANNOT DO IS CHEAT ON EXAMS. Okay, so I do sometimes, but that's out of sheer desperation and besides, my seatmate's paper is lying there waiting for my eyes to carress the answers. When I do it, my heart keeps pounding. I dread the teacher's wrath when she/he finds out I am cheating.

THERE'S NOTHING TO BE ECSTATIC ABOUT GETTING A HIGH SCORE IN AN EXAM WHEN YOU CHEATED.

Sure, in front of your friends, you rub your high score in their faces, but deep down, you'll feel that you're hiding behind a mask. That it wasn't your brilliance or your knowledge that gave you that score, but your cheating skills. How dissapointing.

There's one thing I hate about cheaters during an exam. I know they didn't study and when they get a score higher than mine, *I studied my ass off* It just feels like I'm being cheated as well. WHY SHOULD YOU GET THE SAME OR A HIGHER SCORE THAN MINE WHEN YOU DID HALF THE WORK I DID?! Of course, I couldn't blab to the entire class that he/she cheated, without any proof. That's where it hurts the most. He gets a higher score, he gets a lot of attention he doesn't deserve.

*DISCLAIMER: this is a situation. I am not pertaining to anyone. This is just a description of what I feel when something like that happens.*

If I were you, I'd stop. College is a whole lot different from high school. You won't just get a smack on the wrist for cheating. You'll get sent straight the SWDB.
